I had bought my son a load of stuff from home to send to him at university,I needed 24hr-48hr delivery and you were able to give me 24hr which was amazing and he received it in under 24hr,amazing service,will use you definitely again and would recommend you to anyone

Very bad service!! My package still hasnt arrive after 3 weeks. Nobody answers my mails and nobody tells me where my package is!! They told me the shipping time will be 2 to 3 days!!

Extremely easy to use website for good range of quotes and then to book the selected one. Arrangements for collection and delivery worked flawlessly. Whole experience and process could not have been improved at all. And massively cheaper than a Royal Mail!

Shocking, unreliable service - wont be using again! If we could give zero stars then we would. Second time we as a company have used Parcel Monkey to arrange shipments and BOTH times we have had issues. Our 1st shipment went AWOL and 2nd shipment the courier didnt even bother to show up to collect the item. After waiting around for the courier, to then turn out to be a no show - with no explanation as to why - we contacted Parcel Monkey chat to find out what was happening. No apology was received and instead were informed our collection date was to be rescheduled. Again, no explanation as to why and if we hadnt contacted the chat then we wouldnt have been made aware of this. This was an urgent shipment (as Parcel Monkey had been previously advised) and instead we had to cancel the order completely and source another company last minute to guarantee delivery on time (paying 3 times the normal cost because of the extremely short notice due to the time wasted with Parcel Monkey!) Absolute waste of time and money - will most certainly be advising anyone else against using this service.

Promising initial transaction spoilt by intransigence in aftersales. There is no excuse for refusal to reply to correspondence and answer questions,to fail to supply supporting evidence and to inform of a deducted payment. Terms and conditions very woolly, business methods seem therefore poor and even unethical. I am left with the feeling that I have been cheated as nothing has been done to help.

I have been using Parcel Monkey for several months now, when I first researched a provider they all looked much the same however I have found the service to be very slick and efficient and of course GREAT pricing.
Regardless of the name (which is pretty cool) there is no monkeying around with these folks, I had one parcel that I had a slight issue with however the issue was actually of my making and the support received to explain the situation was extremely quick, honest and factual (which is seriously lacking with a lot of companies)
I very rarely take the time to complete reviews, but I have recommended Parcel Monkey to lots of family and friends who have been equally impressed.
