Very efficient service, - supplied the necessary paperwork templates to complete for an overseas parcel, collected at the agreed time, delivered within the timeframe outlined. Watched the progress of the parcel on tracking. Will use again.

My parcel was picked up by Courier on 21 January from my UK home address. The driver could not scan the bar code but said he would take the parcel and re-label it. The parcel did not arrive at its Sheffield, UK destination. I called Courier. They confirmed with the driver that the parcel was picked up, that he "re-labelled" it and put it on "the belt". However, the parcel had not been delivered and Courier cannot find it at their depots. Courier advised me to make a claim against Parcel Monkey and I have accordingly sent a message today (29 January).

My A4 size envelope was arranged for sending by courier from Glasgow UK to Port Elizabeth, South Africa. From the Parcel Monkey online courier selection, I chose Parcelforce Worldwide as my preferred courier. Parcel Monkeys website assured a delivery time of max 7 days at a cost of £35. The envelope was deliverd by me on 5th January 2021 to the Post Office dropoff point. As of this date 29th January 2021, the envelope has still not been delivered. I have since discovered that Parcelforce does not have a facility in South Africa and so after the envelope arrived in country at Johannesburg it was put into the South African local mail system within which it will take a number of weeks to be delivered to its end destination of Port Elizabeth. This is totally unacceptable. The expectation of a courier service is for the shipment to be couriered door to door. Further, on enquiring at my local Royal Mail Post Office, Ive been told that this unsatisfactory situation is not uncommon when using ParcelForce Worldwide. So, be warned!

Easy to compare different couriers and book an appropriate one - I went with Parcelforce as a trusted name. Painless pick up, and arrived safely when it was supposed to. Reasonable cost as well.

Like any service if things go according to plan it will seem excellent. It is when things go wrong that you will discover just how bad this company really is. The gotcha is that the courier will refer you to Parcel Monkey and Parcel Monkey will not talk to you. Trading Standards is non-existent ATM so I suggest, for the sake of a few pounds, you book your delivery directly with the courier or just take it to the Post Office.

The Parcel Monkey site and process I found easy to navigate and use.
The disappointment came after I chose Parcelforce and dropped my parcel at local Post Office.
Using the tracking information I saw that it had been collected at my drop off point. So far so good.
By next day I thought it would be at the collection centre 25 miles away but it was still just showing as having been uplifted from drop off point.
After five days of no apparent progress on my parcel I contacted Parcelforce using their on line contact form to ask was my parcel lost.
One day later I recieved an email from the recipient acknowledging my parcel had been received.
Two day later Im still waiting to hear back from Parcelforce.
Dear Reader - I leave you to draw your own conclusions about Parcelforce; although Im happy my parcel was delivered the process did not alleviate my concerns that my parcel had been lost.

AVOID Though this would be a good option to make sure that we give customers a good cost on their product. We sent 40 parcels in January 2021, over 30 of them with next day delivery. One got lost, 5 took over a week to get there from what our customers tell us, there may have been more that we werent told about. From these 6 that we knew about NONE of the tracking details worked, customer service was appalling, as they never had a straight forward answer and always said they would call us back by x time, and NEVER did - so endless work time on hold, explaining over and over again.

Always good service from this company. My parcels are picked up in a one hour arranged slot. I cannot comment on the delivery of the parcels but have had no complaints.

Tried getting a quote for a large parcel 1m long and 30 kg. They suggested a service that I know won’t accept a parcel of that size. I’ve not booked it, but I’m quite sure I would have been charged the extra £60 odd for being over sized .

IF YOU HAVE A RETURN, THE PARCEL DOES NOT GET RETURNED TO YOURSELF, IT GETS RETURNED TO PARCELMONKEY, THEN THEY CONTACT YOU TO GET YOUR PARCEL RETURNED. ILLEGAL. use another reputable company, there are many out there.

Sadly I have used Parcel Monkey twice in 8 weeks now. I have attempted twice to get a parcel delivered to my parents in Spain. It would appear both times the parcel got to Spain swiftly. Then the confusion starts. First attempt, the parcel was returned to me, despite the Spanish couriers communicating with my father. The second parcel has been in Spain since 7th Jan... Not with my parents... The parcel cant be located and nobody answers my inquiry. Im seeking advice from Trading Standards.

When I booked the service , it said the delivery would be done in 3 days. However it finally took 10 days which made us very worried.
