Used these a few times now after being recommended by a friend.Their prices are amazing especially for overseas parcels & larger heavier items.Always let you know what time they picking parcels up( no lugging to post office) Next day delivery if needed and still so cheap.Well recommended.You do need to be able to print labels at home.All Well know companies.Thank you parcel monkey.????

Using Parcel Monkey is really beneficial to our business. Their service is great. Room for improvement would be to get more accurate quotations for deliveries before actually booking them; that wastes time and with more export since Brexit we need to be as accurate as possible.

Sent a bike in a box, it was meant to be parcel force 48. (Which I assumed meant 48 hour delivery?) Booked for collection on a wed, waited but never turned up. It got collected late thurs and delivered following Monday. It got there. I guess thats about average for this country? ... plus I do live in the sticks.

Although the drop off and paperwork was good the promise of delivery to Los Angeles in 3-5 days has not happened. The parcel has not been delivered after 7 days.

Parcel Monkey U.K. Excellent service, good communication. DHL pick up service was early, very pleasant in conversation and help with documentation.
My parcel arrived on time as predicted by the courier service DHL.

Absolutely rubbish service. Sicne 15th of Jan a parcel still not delivered. And they keep saying that Brexit is causing delays. The lady that I speak with is called Megan and she is not helpful at all! Will never use parcelmonkey again. another courier are much better. They delivered a package to China for a week and a half.

Appalling service, used parcel monkey on a recommendation and item was damaged in transit, I had purchased insurance to protect the product but parcel monkey totally uninterested in offering any assistance. Avoid like the plague, at least if you go deal directly with the carrier you have better protection.

I have used Parcel Monkey before and had no problems. However, this was the first time I have used DHL and it will be the last!! I arranged and paid for Next Day delivery. My parcel was duly picked up and I thought it would be delivered the following day. That did not happen and I had a very disappointed grandson who did not receive his birthday present. I had not been notified by DHL of any delay on the parcel I had to go into tracking to find the parcel. I did receive notification of its delivery the following day.

Absolute rubbish Do not use if you value your sanity and or your goods I’m waiting since early December and I’ve had at least 20 plus emails with excuses and lies and still no parcel Do not use them This is a genuine review

Always excellent. My only thought would be to prominently display that import duties to France now kick in at goods valued at over £135. At about 20+% on cost to the receiver this is important to know!
