International delivery. Perhaps Brexit is to blame ...and not PMs fault.. but parcel collected 18 Jan, and has not been delivered yet. Very frustrating. Recipient very anxious. Service booked - delivery 3-5 days. Is this the new normal too? Sending a package from EU to US its smooth sailing but UK to Europe is a nightmare? Really?

I booked a day for it to be collected, that day I went on a live chat asking if they could pick it up from my neighbour and they said will have to rebook it. She asked for me to confirm the address (didnt say which one i assumed she meant mine) so I put it down and she then replied "I have amended it to (my address) will be picked up tomorrow. I replied saying I only asked if they could pick it up from my neighbour as I needed to go out. She replied "just put a post visible to the courier to collect from neighbour" they picked it up the same day got tracking number BUT they also came the next day to because she changed it and because of that the tracking number just says "unable to pick up" even though they picked it up the first day.

Not easy to track parcel. No updates, had to chase via Chat function on website. Never received shipment number for Courier and had no idea parcel had even been delivered. Wont use again, as I dont see the point. I may as well have just gone direct to courier.

It is impossible to speak to anyone at Parcel Monkey and they are erroneously taking money from my debit account. I have been using them for 3 months to collect and deliver 25kg fixed weighed bags of Salt. All the bags of salt are the same weight, and are packed on a Trading Standards stamped weights and measures. We book a collection of 26kg per item, just to be on the safe side. All parcels are then collected by Courier, who Parcel Monkey use in my area. Several weeks later, we are getting charges for anything from 1kg-20kg being overweight. This is impossible and as a result, we are being fined and that not pennies, but in sum cases, as much as the parcel cost in the first place. All we have had from Parcel Monkey by email, is them saying that it is a fine from Courier. We have spoken to Courier customer services and they can see our transactions and there is no and never has been an additional charge applied. So Parcel Monkey are making this up and have £100s to answer for. Sorry, but this is theft and they need to be accountable.

Very disappointed with this broker. They took 2 packages from me both not delivered after almost 3 weeks! They dont know what is happening. The company delivering also dont know what is happening. I will never use them again.

No major qualms with Parcel Monkey, their service was fine but the courier I selected which was cheapest for a next day delivery was DPD. I dropped off parcel on Monday morning 9.30am at drop off point, it wasnt picked up by DPD until late Tuesday afternoon and it didnt arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The parcel had perishables (home made hamper) and had do be thrown away on arrival.

Used Parcel Monkey to get goods to a customer in the US. PM offered more competitive rates than other similar services including options the others did not have. I will definitely use them again.

It was really easy to book, although I didnt get a time of collection email, and so missed the driver, but got one the next day. So not a major issue, just a technical glitch. All in all, I was very happy!

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING SERVICE. I PAID NEAR £12.00 TO SEND SOMETHING TO GERMANY ON 5TH JANUARY. I CONTACTED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS AND I WAS TOLD 48 HOUR BEFORE AN UPDATE WAS PROVIDED. I CONTACTED AGAIN AFTER THIS TIME, AND TOLD 7 DAYS AND AGAIN AFTER THIS 7 DAYS AGAIN. THIS WAS A GIFT TO FAMILY IN GERMANY AND IT HAS NOT MOVED SINCE 21ST JANUARY, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK FROM THE SHIPPING COSTS OR RAISE ANY CLAIMS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
