The whole procedure was very simple and straight forward... The parcel was collected and delivered in New York 2 days later... Perfect.

The parcel was not picked up, and there was no-one to speak to after 6 pm ( the last time for pickup ) - pick up occured the next day

Despite colecting from a serviced office,Courier failed to collect at all.No card,nothing.Had to pay £22 to Post offce in the end.Disguste

Great service, but the pick up times need to be more precise. From 8am until 5.30pm is to much? Maybe even a fonecall an hour before???
