i had one item cancelled PM1115374 it said by me. it wasn`t, i left my number to be phoned back but no-one phoned i had to rebook at my cost

Parcel has not been delivered, insufficient address is given. Not suprisingly the normal post finds the address with no problem !

I think we are overcharged for delivery to Inverness, I would accept a higher charge north of Inverness but not town centre.
