There was nothing wrong with the service at all. A suggestion though, would it be at all possible for couriers to attach labels?

The ParcelForce drivers will bring their own labels which should be attached to your items before they leave.
Easy transaction, picked up and delivered as quoted. Very reasonable.

I was told my parcel would arrive in Italy to the destination on Friday. it still hasn't been delivered tho it is in Italy!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
The parcel was not collected. There has never been a problem previously. Always the same business address (A J Storage). Reply please.
