I would be nice to be able to schedule the pickup on the same day as ordering (if before 1400 say) but otherwise great service

City Link stopped this option back in October. Let's hope they decided to bring it back soon!!

Item was collected, it was supposed to be 24 hour next day service, Parcel did not arrive until after the weekend, very bad service, 4 days
