Our Response: Tracking shows out for delivery on 05.04.12 but were returned to the depot. Due to Easter the next working day was 10.04.12.

Your site works ok but I can't find out when a courier can deliver until I accept their bid. I can't accept the next highest bid.

Our support team via our messaging service are very quick in responding to any problems.
Collections & deliveries within 3hr time slots would be fantastic. Obviously this would incur a cost to the customer.

We do offer timed deliveries up until 12. Good idea for the afternoon though and just as soon as our courier partners are able to offer this we will provide it to our customers.
