Service very good,was sending 40 parcels a week,but 54% price increase was to much,Royal Mail cheaper now.

Our Response: The recent increase is due to City Link raising their prices for the first time in 3 years and is not something we have control over.
A day late on the pick up this time but otherwise as good as usual.

we had 2 collection dates. After waiting in all day twice, no one turned up.so rather than chancing waiting in another day took to depot

The courier was late picking up a parcel and the help line given didnt have this as an option . P.M. has no contact number to get help.
