Our Response: Are you kidding? Where does it say you can make an order at 11.34am and have it collected the same day. You selected a pre 12 delivery so I think you are a little confused.

the parcel arrived very late and i paid for next day i would like some sort of compensation as the parcel was urgant

Our Response: You made a booking last Thursday that was collected on Friday. It was then delivered on Monday which is the next working day as fully explained at the time of booking. If you wanted it delivered on Saturday then you should have purchased this service.
