Our parcel got lost and I was told that the dispatcher Parcel Monkey had put it on a pallete to the destination, the courier Courier reported they had the assignment number but the parcel wasnt on the pallet. Tracking just said delayed. After several days and emails, phone calls I kept getting the same story. The parcel was eventally delivered but Im disappointed that neither company took responsibility for losing the parcel in the first place. I wont be using either service again.

My parcel left the UK 16 December and still has not been delivered to Dublin in Ireland!. So no cards or gifts have arrived on time. Hugely disappointed as we had to cancel our trip home again this Christmas.

Great service from DHL collect an d next day delivery, keen price and all went to plan
Only criticism would be that there was no advice on what time of day the courier would collect meaning I could not plan my day.

Needed to send a parcel to Spain and went for the 3 day delivery service but within 24hrs of it being in my living room it was in my parents living room in Spain!! I still can’t quite believe it but thank you for making it stress free

My parcel has still not been delivered, the tracking says that it arrived at the delivery depot in Canada on 15 December, so why has it not been delivered? This was a Christmas present for my Grand daughter despatched on the 6th December. You cant really call this a good service can you? Can you please look into what has happened to my parcel and get back to me.

Ok so I saved a few pounds going via parcel monkey to deliver a large and heavy item, but it wasn’t plain sailing. First of all, I was clearly instructed to take the parcel to a Royal Mail post office. It stated clearly on the instructions where to take the parcel. The post office refused it as was too heavy and told me to take it to the main sorting office. I took it up there and they then told me I need to take it to a parcel force depot. Bearing in mind, this parcel was just shy of 20kgs, it was big and lumpy to keep being told to take it elsewhere. Dropped off at parcel force the following day.. all good. Then the tracking number supplied was incorrect and didn’t work. I eventually figured out if I added PB at the front and 001 at the end… it worked! Parcel got delivered fine, but beware, YOU will need to do some leg work to save a couple of quid.

3 day delivery still not arrived 11 days later. Granted its the Xmas period, but if you cant hit your target dont advertise that you can.
