I expected the Courier driver to scan it in at the door. I failed to track the item on line I assume it got there i really dont know

The parcel was NOT picked up until one day later - another courier claim that they had no knowledge of the date you scheduled for delivery picku

Our Response: That is incorrect as without their acknowledgement the order does not get confirmed. On behalf of the courier concerned please accept our apologies for their delay in collection.
The pick-up was scheduled 1 day later than ordered. No comms from PM about this. Nightfrieght were very helpful though.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Panicked a bit as parcel not collected till 6pm, however was then delivered 8.30am next day Derbyshire to Suffolk! Brilliant.
