You are asking me for a review on how well you did when the parcel has still not been delivered. It did not move on tracking for over 4 days. finally says it is in Canada since yesterday but nothing else.

Parcelmonkey were good and efficient, but the 24 - hour delivery with Parcelforce booked took 48 hours to arrive, so missed the event I needed the delivery for.

Great search allowas alot of different and various services provided by different companies, sometines you have to make an apoen search which allows not restricting the results to get better prices and more availabilities.

The third time I have used Parcel Monkey, easy to use although Post Office have easier Customs declaration, saved a good bit of money, downloaded forms all good. Main thing is that its very cheap, handed in at POst Office so satisfied all round.

Very useful parcel service with a wide variety of price options accessible to each person. The parcel was a few days late which is not a problem due to the contents but could be distressing if the parcel was more important.

Scandalous . I will never use this company again. They are absolutely the worst. My parcel should have been delivered 5 days ago. They have not contacted me I have had to chase them and they still can’t tell me where my parcel is . They should not be allowed to trade .
