I was easily able to increase the insurance when booking which was important. I dropped a fairly big, fairly heavy (22kg) parcel at my local post office. At 2.30pm it was too late for collection that day, and the counter staff were horrified at the prospect of handling the parcel. Apart from this initial delay, everything was troublefree and I was able to track its delivery. I will use Parcelmonkey again!

I would prefer you informing me that the parcel has been delivered back to the seller so I could ask them why I have not been refunded.It is over three weeks since I returned the parcel to the seller.

I send my parcel by monkey parcel to Spain still wait for delivery. When I check the status it’s show the parcel is delay .. even something was wron or problems they should be inform us before booking a parcel to international. They disappointed us.

Dropped off my parcel on 6 th February to the post office, using Global Priority. The parcel should have been delivered to Spain by now but the tracking seems to have stopped on 9 th February. Now I don’t know where the parcel is.

Just sent a parcel through to our daughter in the US. Excellent service wasn’t cheap but the package was important so was just glad that it got to her in super speedy time and all in one piece

Parcel was collected and shipped on time but when it got to its destination country it was really slow. Check your tracking records and see when it arrived in destination country. It has not been delivered yet. Its been said it will be delivered on the 15th. The Courier courier was used within China and the did not look at the customs documentation attached. Instead the rang the receiver and asked for all the details in the parcel. Given they were gifts it was not good. They then asked for pictures of the goods inside and pictures of similar items in stores to check the prices. I paid a lot more for a 3/4 day delivery some 3 times more than the 8/9 day but the delivery will not even achieve 10 days. I am extremely disappointed with the whole excercise.

Parcel was delivered to the west coast of Canada in 5 days and the cost was considerably less than going direct to Parcelforce. Would certainly use Parcel Monkey again if wanted something delivered quickly since going via Royal Mail quite often takes 4/6 weeks although the cost of postage is a bit less.

Parcelforce did good.... (the package was delivered as per the contract).... But despite this; I am getting increasingly pi##ed off at the idea of the courier (any courier) taking no financial responsibility for my items whatsoever unless I pay a huge insurance premium that can exceed the cost of sending the package in the first place. If Im paying £80 to have 6 boxes delivered (to the same address), i dont think its unreasonable to expect that you will look after that property for the 18hrs it was in your care. That I have to insure thousands of pounds of property for additional cost is outrageous to be honest with you.... Do parcelforce really lose, steal or break that many items that you cant include insurance with the service?

I sent a parcel to the US with Parcel monkey. The package weighted 2.4 kg so I declared that weight. Few days after sending the order I have a message from Parcel monkey that my parcel weight is 7.3 kilogram and they going to charge me for the additional weight. According to them I declared 6.48kg. On the booking documents it is clearly written 2.4 kg. The weight of the parcel which I measured before sending it was decently 2.4kg not 7.3kg or 6.48kg, but Parcel Monkey doesnt accept my complain. If you dont want such an unpleasant additional charges avoid that company!

I cannot track parcel sent to Dublin. Each time information : Something went wrong or invaid post code. No contact with a human being, just chat bot. Do not know where is my parcel since a week.
