Sent a package to slovina great service

Parcel Monkey failed to provide a QR code that could be read by the receiving drop off point. The Fed Ex drop off points are out of date (not really Parcel Monkeys issue) Parcel Monkey took too long to resolve the issue and I had to use another service to deliver the parcel. Simply not good enough to use as a reliable service.

Parcel Monkey website gave clear information on options for sending a package to France (not so easy during current difficulties at Royal Mail), simplifying my choice. Labels & Customs forms for Parcel Force were easy to complete online & print at home with drop-off at a local post office. Delivery 5 days later - thank you!

Failed to deliver my parcel and despite numerous attempts to get some feedback why the courier (DPD) still hadn’t delivered my parcel, all I ever got from their Customer Support team was “ we are waiting for feedback from our courier and will revert to you when we hear”. Well after 6 days of the same messages you tend to get a bit fed up waiting. Clearly Parcel Monkey has no clout or influence at all over their courier company or otherwise their Customer Services department can’t be bothered picking up the phone to their courier company to give them hell on behalf of their customer.

I needed to send a parcel abroad and Parcel Monkey made it easier. Its not their fault that a gift of used clothing still needs complicated cuctoms forms to be filled in. And when I forgot to finish the process, CS and the website were very helpful. If I need to use a courier again, I will go through Parcel monkey, for sure!

Re: PM11213454 final charge I bought a label from ParcelMonkey. The label for 97kg is just around 870 GBP. Now they charged me extra 480 GBP which is ridiculous just because of some ALLEDGED extra 20 kg in the actual weight. I disputed this extra charge WITH EVIDENCE but they are not responding for 5 days now. When I sent an email to them before, they responded right away within 2 hours. Ironic, right? Plus, the extra charge is almost half our label we purchased. The order was delivered successfully but the label original shows ParcelForce label but the delivered label was Courier. Weird but that’s okay. My main concern is the RIDICULOUS EXTRA CHARGE ripping off money from customers. What a rip off, stay away!!!

Very easy process and a good choice of options for collection of our parcel.
We selected our preference and paid the amount via credit card. The courier (UPS in this case) arrived on the selected collection date and the parcel was received by the recipient on the correct day.
Perfect and fuss free!

I needed to send 2 identical parcels (both in the one sale) sold on EBay to one address. Could not do it using Parcel link and in frustration found Parcel Monkey which allowed you to easily add another parcel to the same adress/person. Excellent service and fair price. I could also add the Parcelforce tracking number in EBay that I bought through Parcel Monkey. Will definately use them again. Highly recommended,

Ive actually had enough of this company when I book my order I always get "theres been a problem contact us". The only way to contact this company is through chat this is not acceptable when dealing with a parcel that is being shipped B2B this is not acceptable standards. I will not be using this company any more to book my shipments due to this issue that keeps arising, it gets sorted eventually but it is something that I should not have to do in the first place.

It was ok. Simple to complete but even though I carefully record the weight of the parcel, when I print the forms the weight is always different from that number which I entered. I now write on the printed form what the exact weight is to avoid delay at customs. It was held up in customs this time so took a lot longer than usual, but not the delivers fault.

My parcel was sent on a 2 to 3 day delivery by Courier ,that was on the 2nd of February, it’s now the 13th February the parcel still has not been delivered. I contacted monkey parcel after three days. They said they will get back to me within 24/48 hours. I’m still waiting!!! £51 to Canada wasted.. abysmal service. looks bad on Courier as well. One star is too much.!
