i weighed and sized my parcel properly (as i have done many times before) but at the delivery end courier "claimed" it was 1kg overweight (im disputing) no pics or proof, now p/m want an extra 21 quid!!!! no chance...ill stick with parcelforce from now on

Awful. I have used Parcel Monkey for my business. In the last 6 months I’ve just had issue after issue with them. Initially I took it to be my own fault. Even bought new weighing scales and checked and rechecked every parcel. They take additional funds, stating the parcel was a different size, therefore the ‘volumetric weight’ was different. They then added charges onto the parcels once the parcels are delivered (and opened!) My parcels are soft so can be ‘changed’ to whatever size they can squeeze it into. I haven’t got a chance when they state the length is suddenly shorter and the height higher! Which they then say equates to an additional £20 charge (after paying £40+ already). They blame Parcelforce but I don’t believe it is the case. Some sort of scam behaviour is going on. If you want to use ParcelMonkey you’ll need to photograph everything - weight, size but if they can change the ‘volumetric’ weight you can not prove anything. Not worth using them. They cheat and lie and give excuses that let them do whatever they like. Go straight to the shipper. In the long run it’ll save you money. And stress. Customer service is terrible.

First time using parcel monkey and I was extremely pleased with the whole process. The web Site is easy to use and offers competitive rates for overseas shipping. I appreciated being able to track the package throughout its journey, including ‘now in customs’ now ‘released from customs’ kind of details.
Would defo use again.

I did not feel good about the awkwardness,of my experience in actually,posting a parcel. a complete waste of paper and instruction took ages to complete and cheapest safe route was well over double Price and still from Posting on 21/02/2023.to europe,until today

There is confusion about the customs declaration form needing to be visible on the parcel. By receiving this survey it suggests the parcel has been delivered. On checking the tracking information it shows parcel as being exported but there are 4 further stages to go before parcel is delivered . Therefore parcel is not fully tracked end to end as literature promises.

The worse company ever! Dont waste your money!!! My parcel was not collected, I rescheduled 3 times and still not collected! Emailed, nobody got back to me... live chatted, just got a fake apology and told to reschedule. I asked for a refund and was disconnected. Since then, the live chat is no longer available and I still have my parcels and No refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!

Very poor customer service. They charged pending without evidence when we provide proof and photo evidence, weve got reply we wont refund you because its someones other mistake. Do not recommend!!!

KEEP AWAY IF YOU NEED DELIVERY YOUR PARCEL! I did send 3 large parcel from Scotland to Tenerife. 2 Parcel was returned from Madrid to Scotland (reason no tax declaration) No money been refunded for over 3 week of return parcel You can paid for the parcel if no tax declaration are done. So everything was done correctly. 1 parcel been missing, and no body even trying help you with localized parcel. The customer service are extremely unqualified, they no really know what they doing! Im extremely disappointed Its a true monkey business ???? Keep away! Is just discussing

Parcelforce say they attended for original pick up date & that I was not in but they did not ring the doorbell and I was in. Had to ask for another pick up the following day. Supposed to be delivered in Australia within 8 days from pick up date and tracking info says still at local depot 5 days later. (It’s for my nieces birthday so needs to be there by 3rd March..). Parcel monkey has been great in the past so not sure what or if its gone wrong this time??

Courier did not collect next day as arranged. I had to drive to their depot some 10 miles away. They did same last time some months before. They did turn up to another courier the day after I had already sent myself it from the depot, 2 men, who were in own old white un marked van, & not in any type of uniform, they seemed un kempt, & not the type you would give valuables to. NOTE TO ME, DO NOT USE Courier. EVER
