Had to re book 3 times, A chap came to pick it up in a car and said he would come back with a van, he never did. Very poor service

I was not impressed at all with the level service from DX Freight. 3 failed collections + 3 phonecalls to resolve not one apology from staff

Parcel Monkey good. Courier absolutely appalling. Didn't turn up. Came late. Came for parcels when already picked up.Divest yourself asap
