The city link screen does not confirm delivery although the customer has told me they have taken delivery

Used PM twice, both times failed to deliver on time. Courier nxt day delivery - collect Fri delivered Mon? Still no response from CL why??

Order Next Day system said would be delivered after nothing arrived found out problem with driver and had done back to depot for next day!!!
