Terrible. The parcel was NEVER picked up despite getting an email advising that it would AND I'm still waiting for a refund!!

A text to give us an approximate time slot as the courier gets closer to the pick up would be a massive help to customers!

Happy with the service but would really appreciate better prices. Companies can ship their parcels cheeper than the consumer.
