I paid a premium to receive a parcel before I returned to France and it didn't arrive. I am gutted. Parcel Monkey...you are going backwards!

the courier never turned up after waiting in 9am - 9pm had to take to depot myself. very unhappy

The parcel was not collected on the correct day. The report said the building was closed at 2.30. It was a council office!

The Courier was very rude to the Staff at the School.
