I was very pleased with the service provided. The team member was very efficient and was patient with me when I asked him to reschedule the collection of the parcels, he was fine with it. He came back the next day and collected the parcels with no problems at all.

The procedure of preparation was very good.. The delivery in Australia was prompt and efficient.. However, I was given a price as per weight and size which on completion of the entire procedure was increased considerably... Yes I had the choice of refusing it, but after undergoing all the on line procedure at my advanced age and it being a one off delivery, I just ran with it.. How often does this happen? I have no idea. Please double check your offer of price..

Parcel monkey did exactly what you would expect from them but ParcelForce on the other hand it took them 3 days to collect, next I’ll be using another courier but I’ll always use Parcel Monkey. ????

Had to input data twice though

I was able to get a good price from Parcel Monkey through Evri sending my parcel from Uk to IOM and simply took it to my nearest collection point. It took longer to arrive than expected with the cancellation of boats due to bad weather. Evri’s performance was great though in delivery. I would happily go through Parcel Monkey again in future.
