Paid for collection which didnt happen twice. Then charged extra as couriers said parcel was larger than stated which it wasnt. Provided proof as such but still not refunded and just getting ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a next day delivery postage for my parcel. I finally got my parcel delivered after 7days. Customer services is awful, your opening hours is not long enough making it impossible to contact you if/when working office hours. Tracking system not accurate or FEDEX has been lying to me.

Parcel to USA using UPS was picked up on Wednesday and was at its destination in Sacramento by Friday lunchtime. Amazing service - take note Royal Mail!

It took longer than expected to.deliver a parcel and I got charged an additional amount as apparently the measurements were wrong (spoiler alert- they werent) and theres no way to dispute it. Also, no option for QR codes, you need to print the label yourself. After all happy the parcel arrived, but wouldnt say I was happy about the overall experience. The tracking was also not accurate.

False advertising on their services. The delivery was announced as no label needed but after completing the order I was then told to attach the label. The customer service representative said that the information about labelling was clearly presented in the service description but after I checked I found nothing about needing a label. Clearly misrepresenting the product.

We used Parcel Monkey a few years ago, but stopped because we could never print the labels properly. Tried again recently and, unbelievably, the same issue is still present! The downloaded label is scaled correctly, but positioned right into the top left corner so some of the label information gets cut off. Although a usable label can be printed if Im prepared to do extra work, this shouldnt be necessary. Other parcel sites have managed to set this up correctly, so why not Parcel Monkey? I contacted their customer services, but got nowhere. Despite a detailed report of the problem, they didnt bother to read this and just kept saying that the label is a correct A4 PDF. Actually, its not, but the problem is the position, not the size and no matter how many times I tried to point this out, they arrogantly ignored this detail and kept arguing that theres nothing wrong. My requests for a call-back and a copy of their complaints procedure were also ignored. Does Parcel Monkey pay their technicians and customer service staff peanuts? That would explain the stupid label error and the awful service.
