The list of delivery providers from parcel monkey was excellent. I choose EVRI, but unfortunately didnt see the option to print the address label at home. I ended up visiting half a dozen shops around London before I could find a place that had a working printer and that could accept my package. Somewhat a waste of time and sadly there was no print at home option in the email from ParcelMonkey.

Wording needs to be more accurate when advertising services. FedEx service paid for which actually was only for local so had to travel miles to find the depot that would take my parcel

I sent a plastic Caravan step. I put the exact weight and size in charge me sixteen pound okay but then you took seventy six pound ninety six p out of my bank account that I did not authorise and then you did it again through PayPal the step it’s only £16 to buy. I have contacted PayPal and my bank will never use again.

My package still hasn’t been collected. It’s been a week now and no contact or no attempt to collect. Just an email saying I wasn’t here for collection, but I waited all day till 9pm and no show. DPD are useless.

Scam. Parcel monkey will help themselves to money from your account long after the parcel has been delivered. PM, Invoiced me for 53kg when I posted a lightweight piece of plastic weighing 2.5kg No authorisation required they just take the money from your ACCOUNT BEWARE!

I wanted to send an item to Saudi Arabia for one of our customers and I decided to use this service. When entering all of the details, the system asked to upload an invoice. However, it only lets you upload the autogenerated invoice by Parcel Monkey. I did this, and added our company letterhead at the top of the invoice, which WAS itemised at the bottom. The goods were returned to our works (at our cost), and we have lost the cost of shipping because Parcel Monkey claimed there was no itemised invoice. Absolute nonsense. I went on their chat service and the responses I have received have been useless. This service has only brought me problems, and the reason for writing this review is because I would not wish anyone to be in the same situation and be refused a refund (despite following all instruction) from this bunch of Parcel Monkeys.

this is the worst courier i have ever dealt with. they accepted my package from italy to the us, lost all the documents, took one month to return my package. their chats are useless, they never answer directly, wont refund my money, and their website sucks. NEVER SHIP WITH THESE MORONS.
