Wish Id known about this service before. Absolutely brilliant. Easy site to navigate. Selected UPS service. Parcel collected Monday and delivered to New York Wednesday. Real value for money.

The worst company with the worst service! My parcel was collected by Parcel Force on the 11th of December and now 23rd of December still no a sign of it there’s has no been updated since the 12th and the staff don’t seem to know where is it! What an absolute joke of a company! I definitely do not recommend I just hope it will arrive because if not I will definitely report it stolen!

What was I thinking using a company called Parcel Monkey? The clue is in the name - DONT USE THEM! Their courier dropped my parcel, threw it away, then charged me extra, and somehow its all my fault - hidden in the small print. Bunch of monkeys alright!

The ***** delivering in his BMW obviously cannot read clear printed instruction. Because he cannot read the gate instructions he THREW THE PARCEL OVER THE 6ft GATE. This damaged the poly-bag, the box and allowed RAIN to get into the packing. The company is very aptly named ‘Parcel Monkey’ because they obviously PAY PEANUTS and thus get MONKEYS I wouldn’t ever recommended EVRi or ‘Parcel Monkey’

UK to Australia 5 days it took o my five days to get a package from here to there...
I had to contact the customer service via chat bod and was really pleased to receive comms withing a minute... No issues I just messed up the payment side .....

Always one issue. Never lowest price (was charged £2.60 more than post office over the counter fares for THE SAME PARCEL !! Once booked they send automated email with “maximum 1 hour confirmation” - 2.5h mater they sent confirmation - not a timely manner service either and expensive !!

Easy to book a parcel etc. However seems instructions left for delivery didn’t go to Parcelforce and lucky the parcel arrived on second attempt 4 days later than the 48hours it was meant to. It would have helped if the delivery had phoned or read instructions on first attempt. Maybe check if there’s a communication breakdown between the site and other companies.
