Only gave 4 star rating due to the fact no am or pm pickup time options, only the day, and in fact just as I was giving up hope of even getting the parcel collected, and although not exactly sure what time it was, maybe around 6 pm evening , is it not possible that, as with other courier services a more exact time slot is possible .

I think parcel monkey could be a very useful service. I find it hard to give them a positive reveiw, hoever, as my parcel (a small bookshelf) arrived effectively smashed- corners were broken off, shelves falling out despite having been screwed in, and cracks in the frame. It was carefully wrapped and padded. I dont understand how this could have happened without having been literally jumped on repeatedly. Maybe parcel monkey should review the quality of the couriers they provide a platform for. It is a very useful website, but I cant give the service a good rating considering that I used it to send an item which has now been rendered unusable.

fairly straight forward to use the site but there are issues with northern ireland and the highlands with additional charges being added at checkout ,and because its not possible to speak to anyone it is difficult to resolve problems

Basically a good service but I find the labels difficult to print sometimes.
A customer service telephone number would be useful too - but I guess thats out of the question these days!
