Instructions for labels and customs paperwork extremely easy to follow. Parcel collected next day and arrived in New Zealand just over a week later in good condition. Price very competitive and half the price of Royal Mail. Will use in the future without hesitation.

Well normally I would have given a 5 star rating, but unfortunately I am not at the moment as two of my parcels have gone missing, and its nearly 3 weeks now for one of them. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

Pick up and delivery went without a hitch.
Only criticism is that the long list of banned items (for Canada) appeared after the package had been weighed and wrapped and it wasnt clear if the weight of the documents would be included in the total weight or allowed as excess (as when posting through a post office when the package is weighed before the labels are attached).

I do not know how to even start. Sent 5 parcels and had issues with 3. One is still lost somewhere after 2 weeks. No one helps from Parcel Monkey, there is no phone number so you have to wait until they decide to reply to you on there delaying and making it very hard to communicate. Never using again
