This is a great service. My 2 parcels were delivered and signed for.

Easy to use website, helped me find the perfect delivery & collection options, times & costs. However, it wasnt clear that the courier I chose (Parcelforce) would provide a label upon collection and so I made a special trip out to print my label, unnecessarily. It would have been a perfect experience if either Parcel Monkey or Parcelforce communicated this on the website or in the emails.

Nightmare service - avoid. My shipment has now been held by their appointed courier for 15 days as they passed it to a shipping company that doesnt have a road route to my destination. They keep asking me for permission to switch it to By Air delivery at extra cost - but are refusing to tell me what that cost will be, and I am unwilling to allow them to bill me with unspecified amounts of money. I keep asking and asking via chat and email but they just keep telling me they will chase the courier for an answer but nothing happens. I have now given up keep going around and around this ridiculous circle and am now taking legal action to recover my goods or costs thereof.

I paid for a 3-5 day delivery and here we are 13 days later and my parcel is stuck in New York according to the tracking. Really not good enough is it? So basically I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. Not happy at all.

Terrible customer service. Two parcels lost, the courier instructed us to raise a claim through ParcelMonkey but they refuse to budge with the only reply being that they need to wait for an update from the courier - for two weeks now. We have given them ample opportunity to remedy the situation but they have shown no interest. We send dozens of parcels per month using ParcelMonkey but will now be ceasing to do business with them.

My package was picked up and still hasn’t arrived after 10days with information from parcel monkey customer service contractdicted by the company who they delegated to deliver. Will not use parcel monkey again as very disappointed with lack of help and customer service for their mistake originally

Very good experience! I am consistently having problems with delivery companies (late arrival, failure to call me and claiming failed delivery, etc). The guys from Parcel Monkey were really helpful, responsive and friendly and hugely facilitated interactions with DHL.

Excellent service. So easy to use. A lot cheaper than Royal Mail. Courier collected the parcel from the house at the right time and delivered next day at the stated time. Highly recommended.

I needed to send a parcel to family in Spain. I used Parcel Monkey for the first time and selected DPD as the courier. I thought that under £15 for a parcel (up to 5kgs) was a good price and the delivery time was 4/5 days. The parcel arrived in one piece - a couple of hours after the scheduled delivery time but no complaints. I would happily use this service again.

I used Parcel Monkey to send an odd shaped package (56cm x 20cm x 20cm, to The Republic of Ireland. I chose Parcel Monkey because the charge was quite reasonable and the online system was easy to follow and completed very quickly. They organised to have the package collected and two days later it was delivered to its destination. Never having sent parcels overseas I was quite impressed with the the whole operation. I will certainly use their services again for I know that I have to send some weighty parcels to another overseas destination.
