Booked parcel, waited for parcel label to be emailed...nothing, checked dashboard for label...nothing. Conacted via webchat, said there was a paypal issue couldnt say when label would be given and advised I should check the dashboard regularly- not a great service. So I asked to cancel..but for some reason I have to wait 3-5 days to receive my refund! Not a good service, alot of hassle.

Just used Parcel Monkey for the first time to send a parcel to New Zealand. Excellent service, collected on time and arrived at it’s destination in New Zealand in 9 days and this is during lockdown. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Quickest I have ever had a parcel arrive there.

Poor customer service! I have shipped 2 parcels from UK to France, and although one arrived fine, the other one was never received and sent back to the UK. The tracking shows clearly that the French courier (Chronopost) made a mistake and never delivered the parcel - the Chronopost customer service even confirmed that from the tracking report it must have been a mistake. However, Parcel Monkey did not bother investigate the issue and instead are asking me to pay £22 extra for the parcel to be sent back to my UK home address although all evidences show that it was a mistake from their courier partners. This is unacceptable

Site is easy to use. Both parcels were collected the following day.
One parcel was delayed due to arriving at wrong delivery depot however this was sorted. Luckily it was not an urgent shipment.

I really like the Parcel Monkey service- was sending a parcel to the USA and was able to see all the available options with their prices and choose the one that suited me best.
Instructions about packaging up the contents of the parcel are clear and you fill in the customs form to attach to the parcel at home; you print customs form and labels at home, so your parcel is all ready to go. In this case, I dropped my parcel at the post office - which suited me well.
The progress of the parcel was trackable and my daughter also received notification of the whereabouts of the parcel, which was very reassuring.
