I left parcel at Post Office at 10.45am on Tuesday 28th Oct.parcel wasnt collected until Wed 29th Oct at 4.11pm.
Please advise the delay?
Otherwise,parcel arrived safely on Friday morn,to destination albeit more than 48hours,as promised.

Parcel was collected 2 days late. Had to keep ringing Courier - the staff were friendly and appeared to want to help but nothing was done - they didn’t ring back when promised, also line cut off while in hold. Wrong date arranged by call handler, and email for assistance ignored.

Really great first experience, very simple process, my parcel arrived in Australia within a week! Have recommended you to my family, one criticism I have is to do with the parcel pick up, it would be great to have a pickup time slot, as the 8am till 6pm really messes with your day if you don’t work from home, but 9 out 10 ????????????????

Very easy to use service. Previously I have always used RM to send abroad.
But it was always quite cumbersome and expensive.
Ive saved nearly half the price.

Very efficient quotes in quick, easy to follow guidelines, had a hitch with pruning saying it hadnt downloaded when it had so nearly had to cancel. On the whole a very easy economical way to do parcels. Timing and text updates were really good and the recipient was very happy too. Thank you

Booked a parcel with parcel monkey and select the courier Courier on 21-10-2020 Courier collected the parcel on 22-10-2020 which was supposed to be delivered on 23-11-2020 ( £10+ for next day delivery) As of today( 02-11-2020) my parcel still hasn’t been delivered, I’m calling them every day and they are telling me same story, no one is happy to help from Courier. I don’t know Who is to be blamed( as Courier said call parcelmonkey) Worst service i have ever used
