Can I please suggest you look to use another distributor rather than these bunch of amateurs. I sent a guitar to Sweden and paid an additional sum to insure the guitar for any potential damage in transit. The guitar arrived in Sweden with substantial damages with a broken neck and severe damage to the body, even though the guitar was extremely well packaged with layers of packing and was in a hard case. This must have been seriously manhandled during the delivery process. I tried to claim compensation as I had insurance cover but they have refused saying in the `small print` it states guitars are covered, why then did they not inform me at the point of booking the delivery and why did they make me pay additional money for insurance cover. A bunch of cowboys and even more frustrating you cannot talk to anyone e-mail conversations only. Absolutely pathetic service so don`t be conned into thinking they are cheap !!!

Ii booked at 8.30 am and the parcel didnt get picked up until 5pm. I would have liked my parcel to be picked up a lot sooner than it was but apart from that the service on delivering my parcel was brilliant thank you

I have used parcel monkey 4 times now. They have in each case directed me to the cheapest option out there. Their site is easy to navigate. When I had an issue of driver pickup, their customer service was on hand to help me and offered practicable solutions.
I will recommend and still be able to sleep.

I regularly send parcels to Australia, during COVID I have used Royal Mail (took seven weeks to arrive) Hermes (3 weeks to arrive) DHL arrived in 6 days! So impressed, so worth the extra cost

Cant fault the service of ParcelMonkey. Picked up when they said they would (I wasnt in at the first attempt so rearranged for the next weekday), and parcel arrived in Denmark only a few days later. Very impressed with that, and a reasonable price too for a large 10kg box.
I would use again and recommend to others.

Had a problem getting labels printed so sent emails looking to change date of collection and got no response back at all and when courier called he wouldnt take parcel because no labels

Everything went well until it arrived to its destination where the package was not delivered at the place it was supposed to but instead left in another village, forcing my mom a 83 years old lady to ask favours so someone could brig it to her. So not pleased at all.
