Arrived in good time.
The tracking was a bit off but arrived quickly.

I needed to send a 5.7 kg parcel to Germany for Christmas (as Im unable to take it there in person this year). I got a quick quote from Parcel Monkey at roughly a tenner but decided to go to our local Post Office and drop it in.
Well the best Royal Mail could come up with was £42 - £57 depending on the service.
Straight back to Parcel Monkey, booked it in with Parcelforce, ,a pick up from my house the next day and tracked delivery to Germany in two days!!!
I will never use anyone else ever again!! Sorry for doubting you PM xxx

I’ve been using Parcel Monkey for a few years now to ship to Seychelles. I couldn’t rate their service highly enough! They provide very reasonable quotes, are always on time to collect the parcels and my parcels have always been delivered within one week without any issue. Although they don’t operate a phone service, they are always very helpful and quick to answer emails. Would highly recommend for fast, fair priced international deliveries.

I have used ParcelMonkey for a few years now and would not use anyone else! My parcel was collected from my house on Monday 23rd November and delivered in Spain on Thursday 26th November! Brilliant service, it lets both parties know where the parcel is! A++++ highly recommend!

Really feel let down with the service on this occasion. package being held at customs and been offered no assistance whatsoever to try and resolve this issue. If you are willing to take payment for a delivery be it as an agent or courier you then take on the responsibility to ensure the package arrives at its required destination. I will not be using this service again.......

Very poor DHL service. Parcels are not picked up when scheduled. I rated "average" because of that as I rely on the service but have to apologise before my customers due to dragged out delivery times. It is also loosing money due to potential refunds. As to the general Parcel Monkey operators, they are polite; the company provides with a variety of companies to choose from.

VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE. I shipped two packages on 17 November 2020 with delivery times as 3/4 days. To date no sight of either and no real explanation as to wha became of them. One has been in Customs (Kingston Jamaica) since 21.11.20. The other they say has been out for delivery since that date (Guadeloupe). We are told that the receipient has employed their own brokers to deal with Customs and delivery. The recipient have not even received a text/telephone/email from shippers. Very frustrating customer service department who repeatedly say the same thing and puts the burden on myself to track these packages. What a shambles - 2 weeks later and nothing has arrived. I could have posted this in the normal way by Post Office. Very disappointed as the event has past..... that the things were for.
