To date I cannot fault either Parcel Monkey or the courier I generally use with them DHL. They have delivered everything on time and with no damage. That cannot be said for other couriers/companies I have used - Parcel2Go being the main offender.

Great service eg post office say it costs £50 to send a package, with parcel monkey you can book parcelforce for £10. Its the same service. You drop the package off at the same post office trying to rinse you for £50 and its dispatched to the receiver using the exact same parcelforce service.

My package has gone missing, parcel monkey havent responded to my last 7 live chat messages over the last 3 days. When I contact the courier (GLS) personally they tell me they cant give me any information as its parcel monkeys package and under data protection wont share information with me. To make things worse, parcel monkey charged me an additional fee (without my authorisation) on my package, stating that my 2kg package of polystyrene was weighed at 15.3kg (after it was reported as lost!). None of this is helped by the fact parcel monkey have no contact number. Feeling very let down.

I needed to send 3 parcels abroad, and wondered if ParcelMonkey could handle the sending of 3 parcels in one login, or whether Id have to log in 3 times to send them individually.
They have a good website where you complete the details of 1 parcel, and then immediately it asks if you want to send another - just what I wanted!
My only gripe is that it doesnt remember your "sending" info (name, address, etc) from 1 parcel to the next (although it does bring up the info when you type the first letter in each box) - pre-filling all the details would still save a lot of typing though.

Very simple to use! Delivered on time! The only complaint I have is that not all recipients are prepared to give their email address or phone number. In these cases I have had to go elsewhere!!! You might like to think that one through...?

Im still, 3 weeks later, awaiting resolution of 200€ of unexplained extra costs of my delivery. Delivery did not arrive at my home as promised (I called to confirm this before delivery), meaning I had to pay 30€ extra port fees and hire a van to connect my delivery at a personal cost of 40€. The agent asked me for the port fees invoice but then stopped responding. 2 weeks later, my card was charged 110€ of extra charges with no explanation except error in either size or weight - no specific justification. I have never ever had any issues with my measurements, and I take particular care to write on the side of each box its exact dimensions and weight. So I would like to at least know what my (highly unlikely!) error was. It is criminal to charge huge amounts without justification just because they want to!! My bank was unable to contest this payment. Customer services keeps promising to reply within 24 hours, but not replying! Until I receive resolution or justification I will never again use this service and do NOT recommend parcel monkey nor UPS!!!! UPS customer services are even more useless!!! But I still have a bit of hope in parcel monkey as I have never had any issues with them before this mis-sale and following mess-up. Please help me regain my trust !

Cheaper price than going directly for Parcel Force or other shipping company, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. If your parcel get lost, you wont be able to call anyone at Parcel Monkey as they dont have a UK line to reach.
