I’m so unhappy with the service, I booked parcelforce to deliver an expensive item as I believed Parcelforce to be the best, I cannot believe that the tracking information is showing blatant lies and now Parcel Monkey are asking for the original post office receipt as they are stating it wasn’t scanned in at P.O. I dropped it off at ! If this is the case how are they able to tell me which P.O. It was ? How can the tracking details be there ? I’m just being pushed from pillar to post - UNACCEPTABLE ???? ref: PM8811233

Excellent service, good choice of providers I opted for DHL who communicated a one hour window for collection and then for delivery the following day. Would definitely use service again.

Very disappointed with the service, I paid extra for fast delivery but it has been 8 days, no news yet. I m not using them again. They keep showing the same information for past 3 days.

Excellent all round service from parcel pick-up to delivery drop off, I sent an item to China which required customs papers etc and this was made very easy by parcel monkey who emailed the required forms all filled in and I just had to attach them to the parcel. Also much cheaper than other delivery companies, I will definitely be using parcel monkey in future.

Easy to arrange pickup and delivery and both went according to plan using Parcelforce which offer a great service and tracking system.

There was no one there when the courier and no one was alerted that delivery failed. Because 5 day have lapsed, Parcel Monkey are demanding re-payment for the delivery to be completed. Extremely poor service.

Absolutely poor customer service. If things go wrong they are unable to help you. They reply quickly without even reading your message and sending templated responses.I booked two ParcelForce deliveries with them, they were collected but then stuck at the depot. I had to go all they way to the local depot under the rain on my bike to find out that ParcelForce doesnt see the shipping labels in their system for my ParcelMonkey bookings. There is clearly a technical glitch in tech system, I tried to explain them the issue in different forms but ParcelMoneky customer service were absolutely unhelpful. Never again.

Our 2nd time using Parcel Monkey and Parcelforce.
A good website with choice of delivery companies.
Website is easy to use.
Parcel was collected by ParcelForce on time ( Monday morning)
Was delivered in Luxembourg at 0924 Wed. morning.
An excellent service and a good price with reasonable insurance costs.
Highly recommended and we will continue to use for deliveries to family.

Sent a set of golf irons with Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey . Cost was 5 pounds cheaper than the same service with the post office . Parcel was delivered in 36 hours . Great service . Will definitely use again.

I sent a parcel that was then returned to me (I had to pay for it to be returned). The reason cited was ‘insufficient information on the address’. The address I have had house number, street name, area, province, country and post code in two languages! I asked what information was insufficient and they couldn’t tell me. If you’re going to send a package back, you have to be able to provide a suitable reason for doing so. Parcel monkey have charged me £45 to send a parcel no where! They have stolen that money because they can’t provide a legitimate reason. Although they have since refunded a small part of it, this is not good enough because they haven’t explained anything. I wanted to put in a formal complaint and the only way you can do so is to write into head office. For an online business, that is ridiculous! They are trying to stop people complaining by making it so hard. Who is even at head office in the midst of a pandemic?!

ordered delivery to pick up package last monday DX next day delivery. got an email early morning from DX that it would be picked up today. they never arrived and no message sent. called parcel monkey complained, no explanation, rebooked for tomorrow pickup. again email and picked up about 15.30. should have there fore been delivered on Weddnesday, did not happen, no tracking info and no communication, on thursday said out for delivery, but it was not delivery, Friday out for delivery and eventually delivered. Nothing like the next day. is this service bad because, parcel monkey customers get a lower service level to make up for fees Parcel monkey must charge, or are DX useless. i think from now onwards i will stick to going direct and NEVER use DX. Lesson, communicate with your customers, you seem to be able to send out good news, but are silent on the bad news. you have therefore lost the customer service battle
