Excellent service for a great price using Parcel force for a delivery to Belgium. I was updated throughout the delivery progress until final delivery when I was only updated the following day.

Contacted company on Sunday label arrived by e mail shortly after. Parcel picked up promptly next day and delivered to reciepant on Wednesday. Excellent service and would use this company again

This was such an easy process, loads of guidance given. Parcel arrived in great condition which is brilliant. It all about the package, make sure it is super secure and the document provided and clearly visible and all should be good.
Great tracking process also.
10 day delivery.

Wasnt sure if I could send a bottle of whisky as seemed to be conflicting advice on Parcelforce restrictions but went ahead anyway and it got there on time. no problems otherwise.

I was a little worried about using this service as not heard of it before. However, the site was very easy to use and navigate around. Very easy to print the required labels. Parcel was collected from my home on the day stated and arrived very quickly at the destination. I would highly recommend and will be using this service again.

The website gave good prices. However, I had a lot of stuff to send and needed to find the sweet epot on pricing. The traditional method of providing a price list with size and weight ranges would have been vastly simpler for me than having to try a range of parcels and work my way up until the price changed each time.
The parcel was effiiently collected and delivered (by ParcelForce), but the first request for comment came before I was informed about delivery.

Booked a delivery with DHL via parcel monkey. Items were collected on the day stated at 2pm. The 5 parcels were safely delivered a day and a half later. Amazing Devon to Brooklyn New York by the speed of sound. Wow!

Fetching the parcel from very friendly driver at given time slot and delivery as promised on right day with notification of the delivery on its way and when done. Perfect! Will always use now!

My parcel was due to be picked up on Monday and we were in all day (I took a day off work) Later in the day the status was updated to the package could not be collected. We contacted both PM and ParcelForce and no help was offered other than do you wish to rebook the collection. There was no effort to see why the driver had not actually come (we live at the end of a lane and see all traffic and the dog goes crazy if someone drives up or knocks on the door) Having a window of collection between 8am and 6pm is extremely inconvenient especially when the driver doesn’t come to the right address (if they even tried) The only option was to right off the lost day and got collection the next day. I will NEVER use a collection service again.

Easy to book on line, lots of drop off places.

I was very pleased with the booking, advice on packaging and collection. I sent a parcel o we to Sweden and whilst the parcel was picked up from my location it was not delivered directly to the recipient; a bit ve was put through 2 days after the email saying IIT was delivered and the parcel had to be collected. No attempt was made to deliver - this was NORD Post I understand
