Parcels are always collected and delivered on time and never any problems - International deliveries have been on the mark even with all the restrictions due to the pandemic. Well Done!!

My parcel has arrived in France but has not moved to delivery depot for three days so not happy with Parcelforce as when I use DPD my daughter receives the parcel in three days from collection in England to her home in south of France

I have been invoiced for additional charges against my consent and taken out of my bank account. My parcel weighed 500 grams, but have been retrospectively charged for 2.5kg without any proof. This is outrageous. I know my parcel only weighs 500 grams and can show this. I am still waiting for a response.

Excellent service. A 15kgs parcel from uk to France using DPD reached destination on 3rd working day and cost a mere £15 and that included insurance to the value of £100. Wont be using Hermes again who lost my parcel in September this year.
DPDs tracking system was so sophisticated, giving me a 12 step journey record. Shop around all you package senders especially with Xmas on the horizon!

I have always booked through you and gone for Parcel Force but unfortunately their service has not been good enough. One week they didnt pick up, I thought this was a one off but then it happened again a few weeks later. Now book with DHL but still through your web site

Sending a parcel (birthday present) to Zurich and usually use Royal Mail who on this occasion were quoting £42; Parcel Force quoted £46. Parcel Monkey quoted £19.95 using Parcel Force as their carrier, how does that work? Relatively straightforward with labelling, customs document and drop off at local post office. Parcel was posted on 27/10/20, was tracked and arrived in Zurich less than a week later, which I was quite pleased about, but was only delivered to the recipient on 11/11/20, 3 days after his birthday. Not so pleased about that. Apparently attempts made to deliver every day but no contact card left to arrange redelivery or pick up from a collection point. The recipients mobile number was even printed on the parcel address label! Only delivered as the recipient was leaving for work this morning.

Booked and paid for a next day collection for a parcel by two o’clock no collection had taken place checked on the tracking and an “unknown event” had been logged at 10:24 when I enquired I was informed that the collection had been rescheduled for the next day. This was done with no consultation with me and I had not even been informed of the change. I went straight to the post office and posted my parcel special delivery guaranteed by 1 o’clock the next day and it only cost 34p more. Do not use parcel monkey use Royal Mail.

i had to send back to uk a amazon pack from italy..everything went smoothly! collected the next day, and after a few days I got the message from amazon that they have received it!

Parcel was picked up Monday 2 November and was delivered Tues 10 November. How good is that ? No fuss or hassle doing online ordering.

Posted an A4 sized parcel, 11cm deep to Portugal weighing in at 2.51kg. After delivery I received an additional invoice for £1.51 as apparently the parcel weighed 3.5kg ("after laser scanning and weighing") I can appreciate my scales may be a few grams out from "dead accurate" (and they normally match the local post office scales) but to be a whole kg out on a 2.5kg item is almost 40% out. This is unbelievable. Ive now re-weighed identical items for the shipment and it too comes in at 2.51kg This is looking a fraudulent claim by Parcel monkey or DPD (Their courier). While it is only a few quid, if this is done regularly this would amount to a substantial figure. I have asked for proof of their claim and heard nothing further supporting my believe something dishonest is happening. Photograph your parcel on the scales with the labels attached before sending it!!! Then you will have something to argue with. Very angry and very disappointed.
