Paid for next day delivery and DHL lets us down. Found parcel monkey tracking systems not that good and difficult to get a hold of - sorry. I appreciate this is most probably down to DHL who I would not use again

Easy to use service to assist with arrangement the collection and shipping of my package to Japan

Supposed to have a parcel collected for a customer. Told collection will be between 8am and 6pm, massive window but hey let’s roll with it. 6pm comes and no collection. Parcel monkey say they can only reschedule or cancel. Not very helpful and can’t be reached verbally. Carrier DX closed at 6pm so no explanation until tomorrow at the earliest and a waiting and angry customer awaits. Shame they’re never so slow in collecting payment

Ive paid 20 pounds for parcel to Switzerland. My sister had to paid extra 26 pounds in her currency when picking up without any warning or explanation.Fuming here as overpaid so much. Dont recommend at all and certainly will complain

It was relatively easy to sort out my parcel. Once I had individually weighed the Christmas presents & totalled them, packed the box, measured & taped up the box I then went onto parcel monkeys site, calculated the cost & printed out a label. I was able to take the box to the post office (prepaid postage), & drop it off

Bad is an understatement, Parcel Monkey is absolutely shocking! Purchased an international service that costs a fortune only because the contents of the parcel were urgent, priority international is meant to arrive within 3-5 business days. Its been over 3 weeks and no parcel or money back. Have been fighting to get my money back for over 2 weeks now with no luck such uneducated rude customer service just copy and paste messages and get nowhere. DO NOT USE!

A very good place to get the best deal for a package of a certain weight/volume going to a certain destination overseas. The carrier I chose didnt deliver within the timescale it indicated but still was at its destination in less than week.

Should of been a two day service and arrived seven days later. Cost me a lot of money as it was for a photo shoot the had to be canceled because items never arrived!

PM8811233 MESSAGE FROM PARCEL MONKEY YESTERDAY STATING MY “MISSING” HIGH VALUE PARCEL WAS SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY YESTERDAY (third time it’s been promised ????), Guess what ! No parcel, the parcel monkey & it’s procedures are a joke and still no parcel delivered or returned .... one LIE after another ... CANT EVEN OWN UP TO TRUTH - just keep “making it up as they go along”! Wasting my time & my customers time
