Previously used and great service however, this time trying to find my package and being given the run-around. Its no wonder they have come away from Facebook and Twitter. No proper contact available no phone number

Paid for a signed service when I asked customer service for a copy of the delivery signature they didnt provide it instead I was asked to describe the parcel plus its contents! Is the ability not to not answe a genuine question a skill employeed at parcel monkey?

Reasonably cheap, parcels picked up from uk post office on time and first one delivered to Vancouver BC Canada within 6 days.... great service!
The other parcel is still on its way to Seattle USA but tracking service gives step by step guide on exactly where it is and should be delivered within time stated on my order. 13/11/20

TL;DR - They charged me for made up weights by themselves, yet my bank thinks they are right, due to the fact that theyve created an invoice with the weights they wanted the parcel to be. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! Even if it looks cheap, go with Courier/Parcelforce, initially my parcel costed £78 later on became a total of £256 with their scam. Ive used their service to transfer 2 parcels, Ive measured them out, weighed them and booked them to be carried out by parcel monkey. Theyve used 2 carriers, 1 for UK, 1 for outside of UK. Initially, they do not measure the parcels, yet they declare measurements that are incorrect at parcelforce, later on the parcel is weighed out by Courier and it turns out the actual weight is the one I declared. Later on, I get an email and a transaction from my card of a total of £178 additional charge for 22 kgs more, which they cannot provide an evidence for about a month, with the excuse that the "carrier" is still sending evidence. Finally, they send me as an evidence a scanned parcel, just the outside of it, no details, no weights, nothing.

The firm DPD you suggested has not delivered the parcel to my daughter. They state that she was not in on three consequtive days when she was plus the time they state they tried to deliver the parcel is exactly the same time on each occasion. I have been in touch with DPD nothing much seems to be happening at the moment.

Parcelmonkey found a good price for sending my parcel - it arrived safely. I was impressed by the constant updates from the tracking system, very re-assuring to be kept in touch with progress as it was a long journey!

Ordered Thursday 2pm and collection was next day - Friday at 10:04am, I wrongly bought a car battery and to return it was to expensive for 25.5 KG was around 35£ 48h delivery, well Parcel Monkey sorted out with DHL 24h delivery for 9.90£ :-)

Worst customer experience ever. I would not even give one star to them. There is no way to contact apart from chat and email. After several attempts every single day with multiple people from customer service people who have got no idea what they are talking about and dont care about going through reading the history of the customer. Each time i chased for an update with the customer service i have to explain all the details to each and every single person including the screenshots after making all the efforts still the customer service people behave like illiterates and i dont understand how they are being trained and how to deal with the customers. I send parcel to India and they first made cancellation on my order messed up with my old order upon requesting they still making the same error. I neither receive an update nor any confirmation. Its so frustrating. KINDLY DONT OPT FOR THIS COMPANY .YOU WILL GET ONLY STRESS AND ON TOP OF IT YOUR ITEMS WILL GET STUCK AND LOOS EYOUR MONEY TOO. KINDLY AVOID COMPLETLY.

I am Satisfied with the Parcel Monkey service. The two consignments with DPD Classic arrived to my international location in the Arabian Gulf and cleared through local customs within 5 days - an excellent result. However, the first parcel consignment was not collected from my home as requested- so I was forced to dropoff to a DPD shop and this was well expedited. Second parcel consignment was collected from home. No problems this time. Will use the service again
