Great company for excellent carrier prices for larger than normal items?
Service is always really good with excellent rates, quite often cheaper than going to the actual carrier direct. Parcel Monkey is always my first port of call when looking to sending 3-10kg items.

Started using in 2014 and has remained reliable and innovative. If you cant find an international destination on Parcel Monkey, chances are that nobody else does.
They deliver even to the most awkward and remote places.

Parcel Monkey are excellent most of the time... But if an item gets damaged or lost... Good luck! They make things very difficult and sometimes demand the impossible.. Communications are often hopeless with no phone number and waiting for a reply to messages.

I rate ParcelMonkey 1st rate.
However I paid ParcelForce for 24hour delivery and they did not fulfill their promise.
No doubt they will make excuses like Covid-19 or some such ****!
Should really get a rebate if they fail to keep the delivery schedule.

On a Sunday I booked through parcel monkey a courier to send 3 big parcels to different parts of Ireland.courier picked up the parcels on Monday which was the next day & all the parcels were delivered to the relevant Irish addresses on the Thursday.fast efficient service & costs so much cheaper then sending by normal post.highly recommended
