WHY OH WHY DID I USE PARCEL MONKEY? Delivery estimate 3-6 days to US. NOW: 31 DAYS and counting! Please PM stop my parcel from unnecessarily recrossing the Atlantic and causing UNNECESSARY AND AVOIDABLE DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. Just deliver it to the intended recipient in the US as you contracted to do! THE PARCEL IS STILL IN THE US after all!

I have given you 3 star rating due to the fact on both my parcel collection and delivery orders, I can not understand why a collection time involves me having to wait all day, am to pm, surely a more precise collection slot time would and should be easily to administer in this modern world. On both accounts I have had to wait around beyond 5pm for collections.

Parcel monkey was great. They were the cheapest, even cheaper than going to the courier direct. We had issues with the courier but the communication and customer service was great and they got the problem sorted.

Great service, used for in country 48 hour delivery service, pick up was on time and the guy doing the collection was courteous, I was able to track the parcel during its journey and received confirmation it had arrived.
100 times easier than trying to get to our post office which is never open!

Apparently the parcel I sent was nearly 9kg and I had it booked in as 2kg. How dare I send a 1.6kg(actual weight) and not tell them its 9kg. They are not interested at all in helping so I will be voting with my feet and not using again. There will no doubt be some wise crack from them that it was the carrier who gave them the 9kg info. My contract was with parcel monkey though and they dont have big enough balls to challenge the carrier for me. Could that possibly be because they dont want to upset the apple cart and put at risk the reduced rate for their services they no doubt have negotiated.

I used Parcel Monkey two weeks ago, they turned up on time and delivered my package to where it had to go, I got a phone call from the people I sent it to and they said it arrived damaged, the box was damaged it had been dropped from a great height and the contents was damaged, I have been intouch with Parcel monkey and told them about the damage to my package and I havent heard anything from them. I would NOT recommend this outfit, they just dont care about peoples property

Package for the customer got totally damaged during transit. Dpd says contact parcel monkey and nothing has been done so far. Not happy with the service at all costed me a lot.

Great, speedy service at a good price. I think the prohibited items list should be carrier-specific, as different carriers use different rules, but overall Im very happy and will use them again.

Initial booking was great. No problem with the monkey, but ..........
Parcel force were a day late on pick up and told porky pies recording that parcel was not available for pick up, yes it was available and I wasted nearly two days baby sitting a parcel. The actual service of transport and
Delivery was great.
I’ll use the service again, but take the pick up time with a large dose of doubt.

My father sent me a parcel on the 12th Nov. It had all the correct customs details and parcel monkey said it would take 3-6 days for delivery. It spent over 20 days in customs. Then got to my local depot (I live in the US). Then it got sent back to the UK (where my father lives). It cost over £130 to send. Worst delivery service Ive ever come across and I get sent parcels daily. I will never use again.
