Parcel was collected on day after ordering. Weather conditions were heavy snow and parcel still got deilvered within 3 days. Perfect Service

1st time i've used Parcel Monkey - Delivery Van was "reported stolen" and therefore parcel went missing. What a joke! Wont be using again.

courier failed to collect, this isn`t the 1st time i`ve had this problem after waiting in all day.

Friday 8-45am. Took money (3 x times mormal rate) for a Saturday delivery & parcel remains uncollected (Sunday). What a swindle.
