My client received only 3 of the 4 parcels I have sent in a complaint about this and I'm still awaiting a response, they were also late.

Due to adverse weather condition my delivery was delayed for a few days, parcel monkey replied quickly informing me of the delivery status.

2 parcels same address & shipment next day delivery picked up 2/12 arrived 8/12 & 9/12. Not good but it was Kent in bad weather so 50/50

on your order form you need the recipients mob number or you cant complete the order, some customers dont want to give it...
