collections very poor waited from 8 in the morning till 5 at night for collection driver got details 1 hour before collection

Our Response: Collections can take place between 8am and 5pm, sometimes collections are redistributed among drivers throughout the day to ensure all parcels are collected - for example, if another driver is running late.

Absolute disaster, meant to be picked up friday 26th and still not collected, now 2nd December. Many phonecalls and waisted time. RUBBISH!
