We have been using Parcel Monkey for a few years now . Service has always been excellent and prices are reasonable. Labels are usually produced quickly too. Weve probably saved hundreds over the years and saved so much time too! Thank you!

This is unbelievable. I have sent a parcel months ago, and it has never been delivered. Parcel Monkey cant provide any details on what happened to it. Its been at least 4 months and no news. Their customer service refuses to provide any compensation for the products, and are not able to give me any updates. I should have given my money to Royal Mail.

Although you have often provided a good service, I find that contacting you when there is an issue dreadful. I received very bad advice from your rep and now you are refusing to refund me for a delivery I have paid twice for...on advice from your rep to cancel and re organise. Am seriously wondering if I should continue using you.

Ive used Parcel Monkey twice now and havent had issues at all. First consignment sent with DPD, second with DHL. Both packages arrived to their recipients safely and it was hassle free to book!

I used to try to send a gift for mothers day - my mother now lives in France. Elected to use DPD but they claim an issue with the address (it is a rural location) - sent them Google maps pin drop, What3word location - but cant use! If they wanted to deliver they have the details to put in on the front porch! But no. Cant use. Suggested local post office but no. Ive been bounced around between Parcel Monkey and DPD. Dont bother. Just buy and send through AMAZON as they are able to deliver with the same address information. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!

First time we have used Parcel Monkey since Brexit and the need to provide custom documentation has kicked in. Useful info on how to obtain the correct codes from the UK Gov website. Remember to put custom documentation into a clear pouch on the outside of the parcel so it is visible and can be read/scanned (not in an envelope).

Returned a 12volt Bosch power tool battery which weighed less than a kilogram, paid the agreed price per weight/ volume, a few weeks later they took a further payment without my consent, yes just took it from my debit card, and was told the reason for this was that the very small power tool battery weighed in at 25 kilograms. UNBELIEVABLE.

THIS IS A BLOODY CON …I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASKED ….THEN Courier COLLECT THE PARCEL 12 HOURS LATER BRING IT BACK IV SENT PICTURES AND THEY HAVE NO TOLD ME TO RE BOOK AND PAY £70.00 AGAIN LOAD OF **** , DONT USE THIS SITE THEN WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM YOU CANT RING ANYONE JUST WEBCHAT .. ..RUBBISH AND **** SITE ...LOAD OF CODSWOLLOP AS U CAN SEE IM FUMINNG

As soon as read the word Monkey in the companys name i was doubtful, but i decided i would go with my heart and use them, this was the worst thing i have done as they have lost my items and because they were on the restricted list i couldnt take out any additional insurance. It was if they had known they wouldnt reach there destination in the first place and just take your money and run, i am now £600 out of pocket as i was due to be refunded when the items reached there destination. If you are looking for a courier company think twice before using this Monkey company. Do not make the same mistake as me.

I must admit, the customer service response is pretty good. However, be advised. This company refuses or is unable to communicate not only with you by phone, but with the intermediary companies that it uses for shipping. This is not a problem until something goes wrong - I sent a parcel for my girlfriends birthday on 11th March, at time of writing its 19th and its not going to get there in time.....despite being given a delivery Leadtime of 3-4 days on parcel monkey site. I even tried contacting Courier who is one of their partners myself. However since parcel monkey didnt transfer my details as the original sender Courier had no record of me sending the package and couldnt do a thing. Wouldnt use again.
