PM website etc. excellent. Parcel was not delivered on time; Courier did not attempt to deliver until receiver chased them.

clarify when you'll send labels to print. i got them next day & was told pickup could happen anytime now leaving no time to go out to print.

The parcels were colleceted and deliverd fine, which is what i would expect from DHL, but no uptodate information about there whereabouts
