Parcel didn't arrive on the day expected, I had a very angry client & Courier do not want to help to get the item delivered the next day!

Courier were meant to pick it up, yodel did and the both of them managed to lose the parcel, and send it to the wrong country! never agian!

Our Response: All of our international parcels are handled by DHL, we do not have any dealings with Yodel.
Parcel was not collected no reason given as to why. Gave payment info for refund but was still asked for it again. Will not use you again.
