Courier were too busy to collect the parcel. No notification given. Forced to arrange another collection

The courier did not collect, I phoned and were told they would collect two days later, they did not, in the end I took the parcel to depot

The road to our office was closed but still accessible, courier driver did not even try, hence pick delayed 1 day. You need a phone no. !!!
