Parcels were picked up on 5th Jan for 24hr delivery, tracked them and said expected 6th.......Actually turned up on 9th. Not impressed!!

The parcel was not picked up, and there was no-one to speak to after 6 pm ( the last time for pickup ) - pick up occured the next day
