CityLink always arrive late for pickups. I think they give the drivers too many deliveries/pickups per day.

Excellent. Would like u to reduce the waitng time for collection to 4hrs. For eg - from 9.00am-13.00pm; and from 13.00-17.00am daily.

The parcel was not collected for 6 working days, plus called 11 times and couldnt get through I could go on!
