Tracking on International parcels

The tracking on our International services has improved in the past 7 weeks since launch and looking at your order in detail it's very clear.
A time slot to collect parcels would be great

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
