Parcel never collected, no communication possible with this company. awaiting a refund, had to drive 2 hours away to deliver it myself.

My Dad had to wait in all day for his parcel to be collected so the only thing would be an AM or PM delivery

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
