PM excellent but City Link are very disorganised and unreliable for collection. Nightfreight havn't quite got the plot either!

The driver who collected the parcel was unfriendly, abrupt and rather rude. He also wanted to know what was in the parcel. Not impressed.

Our Response: We are sorry for the actions of the courier driver and we will contact the company he works for. He does have a right to ask what the contents are though in case they are prohibited.
First time ive used a courier collection/delivery service.Parcel Monkey was suggested to me by my local city link driver.You tick the boxes!

I found your service brilliant, despite having reservations, after reading a few bad reports.

Thank you. Read the reviews below to get a good idea of how we perform. In most problem cases the issues relate to the actions of the individual courier driver or network errors not ParcelMonkey.
The service was advertised as next day delivery and took 3 days Monday - Thursday

Our Response: An attempt was made on July 3rd but no one was home. The receiver then went and collected the item!!
The item never arrived at destination. Said faked delivery twice when no one entered the building. Recipient had to collect from warehouse

Our Response: Tracking shows the courier attempted to deliver on two different days.
Parcel was well wrapped and padded but arrived with contents smashed to pieces, myself and the buyer extremely disappointed.
