I paid over £9 for a next day service and still have no parcel and very poor communication from Courier.

Include vat costs at the beginning of the quote. Include a back button at checkout stage. Approx time from couriers save waiting in all day

The parcel has not arrived 6 days in transit, status says "Addressee advised to collect from depot", which is untrue. Terrible service 0/10.
