AVOID IF YOU LIKE COMMUNICATION : If the delivery of your parcel runs smoothly, great. HOWEVER, if anything goes wrong and you need to reach customer services, this company is horrific. I made the mistake of entering my parcel size as cms not inches, a parcel which cost over £15.00 to send then became and £80.00 parcel - you cannot communicate with this company regarding the issue and they take the ridiculous added fees amount from your bank account without any comms or consent from yourself. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL ENSURE I TELL AS MANY FAMILY MEMBERS TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You may think you are raking it in at the minute parcel monkey but your atrocious customer service will eventually catch up with you. Hang your heads in shame.

Avoid at all cost. They dont give you enough information and then they dont deliver your parcel at the estimated date. Almost a month after. Then you get slapped with import duty. Plus customer service advisers are not helpful and rude.

If I could give minus stars I would. Dealing with this company is causing me so much grief and pain. I paid for a parcel to be delivered to the US (New York) after 5 days they delivered it to my address (the sender!) so I’ve paid for a parcel to go around London, clear customs in Hinckley and come back to me. Not only that, they having been “trying” to contact DPD for a month to apparently get feedback, so will not refund me until there is news. It’s an absolute shambles. If this organisation has no direct communication channels with its delivery companies then it should not be in business. I’m so fed up with constantly chasing for a response, broken promises of coming back to me. Do not use this company. At least I have the parcel and they didn’t lose that too!!!

Rubbish. Parcel Monkey costs more than booking direct with the courier.. and be warned, if any complications arise with any Parcel Monkey order the courier will not deal with you and you must go through Parcel Monkeys terrible customer services who will add all sorts of fees hidden in their T&Cs. Avoid.

Horrific experience unfortunately my parcel arrived to the USA they supposedly tried to deliver (they didn’t) and was the package was stolen. The courier is taking no responsibility and it’s very obvious it’s been stolen by a member a staff.

We have used Parcel Monkey since about 2013 and up to recently found them to be good but sadly their customer service has become terrible. They do not understand or read the messages we leave and are costing us more in time resolving issues than any saving they made.

Hi I was told that the parcel will arrive 4 to 5 days .delivery. And still not received the parcel which in turn it urgently. Because I got Bedding in the parcel. And kettle which I need .and I had to buy items listed above. As for going back to a empty house .which I again the house is very cold .and also got a hot water bottle in the parcel. Please can you delivery ASAP thanks

I found using Parcel Monkey very easy indeed. I took the parcel to my local collection store and received an email conformation as proof of sending. The recipient received the package a day or so earlier than the tracking system said. Brilliant
