Awful company. Tried to charge £60+ for a parcel which they claimed was 30kg heavier than stated. Frauds! Never use this company.

Use mybaggage instead. I used this company to send a parcel from Edinburgh to London - with 24 hour express delivery. I dropped the parcel off on Thursday morning - it has since been 9 days and the parcel has not arrived. The customer service is automated and ineffective - I would highly recommend using mybaggage as an alternative. They are the same on price and the customer service is much better.

Once collected the rest worked very well and quite quickly. Easy to order the collection and pay for the service from home.

Had to rearrange collection 3 times before itnwas eventually collected on a day it wasnt scheduled for collection! No way to make contact with and actual human.

Didnt collect the parcels. Customer service is abysmal. Kassia was useless. Much better companies out there, AVOID !!!

The Parcel Monkey interface was convenient and easy to use, but my parcel has still not been delivered despite the indicated window for delivery now having passed. I paid extra for this service to ensure that it would arrive on time, and that hasnt eventuated.

Awful I placed an order to send a package from uk to Spain. The order didn’t seem to want to go through but eventually the support person managed to get it through. Printed off the labels, attached them and the commercial invoice. Went to drop off the item in 3 drop off points and all rejected it saying that the package doesn’t have digital clearance. Went back to support who said fed ex are new to us and the shop was confused (total nonsense). When I cancelled I had to message constantly to get someone to issue a refund. Horrible customer service, horrible to deal with. Have used this company 3 or 4 times perhaps, after this I won’t use again.

My parcel still hasn’t been delivered 10 days after I dropped it off. No tracking info is available after it was exported so there is no way of chasing it up. The parcel was needed urgently by my son in New Zealand

I clearly said during the order process that I was shipping an iPad to the United States. They accepted my parcel and my money. Within a day, they write back stating they cannot ship the iPad because it contains a battery. They did not say that upfront when I placed the order while taking the money. They then had the gall to charge me to return the item to the shipping point and they also kept the original shipping fee. I paid more $100 for no service. They are crooks, just look elsewhere for your courier needs. They ought to be ashamed.

Easy to book & usually quite efficient. I deliberately choose the option that allows you to print the delivery label at drop-off store. Got to drop-off to find the printer not working and got sent away to get it printed elsewhere, then had to return to drop-off - delivery extended by a day & not helpful. Not impressed this time.

5 packages all went missing (via dpd) parcel monkey have been useless in trying to get them back to me, they refuse to refund even my postage costs let alone the £1000 of product that has disappeared into the ether, its not worth the risk going through these cow boys for a couple of quid savings, go direct to the courier

Positive experience within platform, found what I need in few minutes. Next day courier picked up parcel and in 4 days was in USA. Only what could be added is how to fill up customs papers kind of tutorial or anything as this making all process confused. A part of that all good would recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! ???????? I am furious with Monkey Courier. I paid for road courier service, plus my item was protected. The item was scanned and collected with no problem! I received an email today; sorry, because its a battery (battery pack for a skateboard), it is on hold and cant be returned, either to be collected or disposed of. I fully understand batteries can’t be sent via airmail, so I tried this method; however, I was never advised I wouldnt be able to have my parcel sent back to me if it failed and was to be disposed of?! I paid for protection £225 then surely the company will compensate for my parcel that cannot be returned?!

I paid for next day parcel delivery with Fed Ex through parcel monkey. I was provided with a QR code and asked to take the parcel to a Fed Ex drop off point. No one accepts the QR codes, not even the main Fed Ex distribution centre! Terrible experience, no support, just a shrug of the shoulders and a wash of their hands from both companies. Avoid this company at all costs.

Really helped me to find the most efficient way to ship my guitar to a buyer in another continent. The best price and most suitable service was easy to find and organise. Also, the assistance given in terms of shipping paperwork (commercial invoice) was excellent.
