I booked this as a 1-2 days delivery. Colleted at 1430hrs on 11/08/14 it arrived at 1430hrs on 14/08/14. I think I am due some refund .

The price offered increased dramatically once postcades were added. The pick up was a day late and there was no reason given by the carrier.

It would help if a more specific time - even just morning or afternoon - were given for pickup, rather than just a day.
